Japan 2027 Confirmation Form

When you open the form:

  1. Enter the email address you used when you submitted your EOI.

  2. You will be sent a verification code to that email address.

  3. Enter the code and you will then be presented with the information you provided in your original EOI.

  4. Please check your details and confirm your attendance.

If you are 100% sure you are coming, please indicate this on the form. This will allow us to start looking for and securing accommodation for the group.

If you have decided that you will pay your own costs, but still want to come along on the haerenga, please indicate this on the form as well.

Once we have our numbers confirmed, we can then break everyone up into smaller mini ope. This will be your ope for the haerenga, and you’ll work together as a small group throughout the trip.

I’m also starting to capture passport details, as we will need to collect these for the travel agent.

I’ve added a section to the form where you can enter these details. If you have your passport details available, please add them when completing the form.

Eventually, I’ll store all of this information in a personalised whānau page, where all of your trip details will be kept in one place and you’ll be able to access your information throughout the planning and haerenga.

Fundraising Ope

Whāea Rohario will be leading the fundraising ope.

Please send through any fundraising ideas you have so we can get the ball rolling. The aim is to have our first fundraising opportunity underway this month.

The locations we are visiting are set, however the detailed itinerary is not 100% set in stone yet.

The details of what happens each day may change as we get closer to the trip and start locking in accommodation, activities and other logistics.

For now, the important things are getting our numbers confirmed, beginning the accommodation search, and getting the fundraising moving.
